We are a professional POS hardware manufacturer in China, with in-house R&D, production, and quality control.

2. What POS products do you supply?

We supply touchscreen POS terminals,including Android POS&Windows POS cash till, self service KIOSK,all in one POS machine,and related POS peripherals,like customer screens,cash drawer,QR scanner,thermal printer, price checker etc.

3. Do you support OEM and ODM services?

Yes. OEM and ODM services are fully supported, including logo, housing, hardware configuration, software, and packaging.

4. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Sample orders start from 1 unit. OEM bulk orders usually depends on the model and customization.

5.How much for logo printing? 

We provide free logo printing services for our machines.

6. Which operating systems do your POS systems support?

Our POS systems support Android, Windows, and Linux, depending on the hardware platform.

7. Can you pre-install our software or system image?

Yes. We can pre-install your POS software, APK, OS image, or provide system-level customization.

8. Do you support customized branding and packaging?

Yes. We support logo printing, customized packaging, labels, manuals, and etc.

1. How can I order to Sysepos?

2. How long does it take to prepare samples?

Standard samples take 3–7 working days. Customized samples usually take 7–15 working days.

3. What is the lead time for mass production?

Regular lead time is 30-45 days after deposit and final order confirmation.

4. What certifications do your products have?

Most products comply with CE, FCC, and RoHS standards. Other certifications can be arranged upon request.

5. What payment terms do you accept?

T/T is our standard payment method. Other terms can be discussed for long-term cooperation.

6. Do you support customized branding and packaging?

Yes. We support logo printing, customized packaging, labels, manuals, and etc.

1. What warranty do you provide?

We offer 3 years warranty for our POS machines:free spare parts with shipping in the first year, free spare parts shipping with your orders within the next 2 years.

2. Can you supply spare parts for after-sales service?

Yes. Spare parts and long-term supply plans are available both for Sample orders and OEM projects.

3. Do you provide technical support after shipment?

Yes. We provide on-line 7/24 technical support services.
