1. How do I get started on a custom team jersey?
Simply send us your design file or design requirements (team name, logo, and sizes etc). We’ll create a free mock-up for approval before producing your team uniforms.
2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Only 10pcs per design — perfect for small teams or clubs needing custom jerseys. Custom sample can be offered before bulk order.
3. Do you offer free design service?
Absolutely. Our in-house designers will make unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied with the design of team sports jersey.
4. What file formats do you accept for design?
AI, PDF files are best, high-resolution PNG/JPG also work if you don’t have a vector design.
5. Can I mix sizes and styles in one order?
Yes — you can mix different sizes and different styles in one order.
6. Can I add player names and numbers?
Yes, all names, numbers, and logos are included in the sublimation printing at no extra cost.
7. Do you offer samples before a large order?
Yes, we can custom a sample or send detailed photos for your approval before order.

1. What fabrics do you use for team uniforms?
We use premium polyester or spandex with polyester that is lightweight, breathable, and durable — we will use the most suitable one fabrics for custom different sports jerseys.
2. Will the colors fade after washing?
No. Our sublimation printing ensures vibrant colors that last for long and never fade.
3. Can I choose the fabric type?
Yes — we offer mesh, interlock, bird-eye, silk-feel knitted and other fabrics for different sports and climates, each fabric will have different gram weight.
4. What’s the difference between sublimated and sewn letters?
Sublimation allows unlimited colors and lightweight feel; sewn letters give a classic, professional look, which is more higher cost than sublimation.
5. Can you accept FILL-INS AND ADD-ONS later order and does price for 1-2 same as bulk order?
Yes, we understand there will be one or two players that will add team later on, so FILL-INS AND ADD-ONS are acceptable, unit price can be same as bulk order for first fill-ins.

First, we will tell you the process of the order. Secondly, waybill number will be sent after shipment so that you can track the progress of each orde

1. What is your production lead time?
Generally it is within two weeks after getting approval of design. If you need to rush order, we also have expedited service and will arrange your order in priority.
2. I’m in a rush and need my custom team jersey very quickly. What are my fastest options?
Sometimes you may need to get a custom team jersey in a hurry. Most of our products can be completed within two weeks, however, we can provide expedited service, which means rush jerseys can be delivered in 3 business days.
3. What’s shipping methods do you use? Do they include tariffs?
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight, and we can use the shipping way that with tariffs.
4. Can you handle large bulk orders?
Yes — our factory can produce thousands of team uniforms per month, welcome to visit.

1. How much does a custom team jersey cost?
One sample cost is $20, bulk order price depends on quantity, styles and shipping way. Contact us for a free quote with order details.
2. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes — the more you order, the more discount you get.
3.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (T/T) and PayPal.
4. When do I pay?
Production starts after payment confirmation. For large orders, partial payment may be allowed.
5. Are there any hidden costs?
No — our prices include all custom designs, fabric, production, etc.
6.What is your return or exchange policy of custom team jerseys?
Since all team jerseys is custom-made, we do not accept returns. If there are any defeats in the order due to production or factory error, we will remake it free of charge as soon as possible.
